Actually, I think it's pretty smart, and here's why...

People talk about drama and GFY at shows. ALWAYS. It never fails. The board drama, the stupid stuff, contests, hated personalities, funny ads, etc.

In every conversation that GFY is brought up in, somebody will say "hey did you see the new skin from Pimp Roll? The blue links are hard as fuck to see, I hope it doesn't last long. I need my juicy fix!"

And there you go kids, a lesson in viral marketing... good job guys.

But...they haven't left yet and guess what they will be talking about WHILE they are there? And guess what they will STILL be talking about when they get back? Sounds to me like someone made a good decision, not a bad one.

Lots of people have laptops with them and still read GFY when on the road, so I would say its not wasted at all:thumbsup Just go and prove the fuckers wrong:1orglaugh
