Need a cascading billing solution

please spam me with your cascading billing scripts. Also, if anyone has recommendations on which one to go with, I am all ears.

I've already checked out mansion's MPA2 and NATS, but I want to see whatelse is out there.

Actually I do not mind getting it done custom at all. As long as the programmer(s) has had previous experience with cascading billing scripts.
