Odie, no American sews Canadian flags on his/her luggage when they travel. A Canadian journalist invented that story - he admitted to it. It doesn't happen. No American would do that anyway - none that I know of. We'd be more likely to hang a flag around our necks while they're beheading us.

Americans are no bigger, smarter, faster or richer than Canadians. Either of us trying to be much different than the other is ludicrous. We're not fatter either, I'm sorry to report, since a new study finds the average Canadian ranks in a pound heavier than the average American, but that doesn't mean anything except in the land of statistics.

Don't let clarity get in the way of a good board fight, however. Let the battles resume.

False. Its a fact that some american do use the canadian flag when traveling. Some friends of mine have already met some. Canadians do have a better reputation, wether you like it or not.

thanks, Indeed. i came back a lil late on this one. It's not a farse. I was travelling in Europe last year and I happened to meet some "fellow" Canadians so I went over and said "hi" Turns out they were from Dallas, Texas and they said that they did it b/c they were being "mistreated" when they told ppl they were american.

I noticed this when I was in France especially when I was standing in line at the currency exchange booth and there were americans in front and behind me. The one behind me noticed that the lady was nicer to me b/c I was Canadian.:2 cents:

Why doesn't the US enslave Canada?

Why doesn't Canada offer themselves? Canadians already serve the crown and the crown serves the US.
