Wow, what state are you in that they throw a non paying mom in jail? You hear it about the dads all the time but theres a double standard for moms that dont pay.

Bail is only like $40. But on the other hand, maybe she should sit in there awhile and think about it.

Yeah JFK, she owes me, never paid a dime, I've had my son full time by myself since late 1999, most of his life, he's 5 1/2.

If this were me in this situtation and I earned good money I wouldn't expect money to bring up my own son.

All I would ask is that the mother was good to the kid when she had access. Take him some places and shit.

When my mum and dad split up thats all my mum asked of my dad. Every Saturday he took me somewhere and gave me pocket money. He bought me clothes and shoes if I wanted them and so too did mum but my dad never had to pay money to mum. She didn't want it.

I understand if maybe someone needs money and is struggling financially but if not then this is certainly very weird.
