He seems to know 110% more then anybody else on running a board and from what I have seen he's never purposely tried to hurt the board, he notifies the mods about holes in the board and when nobody does anything about it he pokes around. I'm not saying I condone this, but I just wouldnt say hes a nuissance like some of the other GFY'ers who have been banned in the past.

Search for smokey's different nicks, plenty of proof. With his postbots, malicous code, popups and other dirty tricks. Ofcourse lets not forget the threatening of people. He mentioned several times to several people he could hack their servers.
