remove a model from my site and add another one? It would be 10 images of the new model.

Please take a look at my site and tell me approximatley how long it should take you to do what all the models have on my site(except the flash). Let me know how long and how much you would charge to do this regularly for my site. As you know models come and go so I am always making changes. Thanks:thumbsup

Danny, you're looking at like 2 - 3 hours if the person has to do all the photoshop work of cutting the girl out each time for the image in the upper left.

Assuming you get a cheap guy at like 10 - 15 an hour.. you're looking at 30 - 45 an update. Everything else could be done with templates and actions in photoshop.

and 3 hours is a VERY generous amount of time. That should be the LONGEST it takes to pull girls and add new ones. Finding someone to work on a sparatic schedule for that amount is going to be the tricky part.

Thanks for your help! Right Know I am paying a guy $25 an hour and he is taking about 1.5 hours to add a new model, so from what you are saying I guess he is doing a good job.:)
