I think I posted 3 times what the problem was. It was
a weird anamoly with a Net App Filler shelf hardrive crash.
2 Drives exactly. Guess we didnt anticipate 2 drives dying
at once.

NetAPP engineer was on site alll day today. Its fixed
and we are making plans that this will NEVER happen
again.

There will be an annoucement on TCG members area
tomm.

I will have BT post some pics tomm of our data cage
and the guys working on the problem.

Anyways I feel like crap and had 3 hours sleep in past
48 hours so I know you want to bash the shit our of me.

yeah i was a little worried at first, most of the time sposors dont credit you for missed sales. im sure they are taking a huge hit to keep their credibility.

i send traffic, i get checks...and every now and then I contact the rep for the company (but very rarely).....
