Has anyone ever been ripped off by Amazon? I have a bad fucking feeling.
 

Amazon.co.uk owe me more than $20k and I can't log into my account, no reply to emails, can't reach the account reps on the phone, etc. I tried to contact them from an online form and saw that ".fraud" had been affixed to the end of my email address.

I'm fucking pissed, I want my money.

Sorry man, I've never heard of a horror story with Amazon. 20k is just a drop in the bucket to them. I do agree with the previous poster: get a lawyer and sue them. They'll probably pay you before this thing ever goes to trial, assuming that you didn't break their TOS.

BTW, how the hell did you manage to get 20k worth of commissions? :Graucho

I told them that I will provide any kind of identification they requre.

I gave them the contact details for my bank manager and my business manager, so they can confirm that I'm running a real business here.

I also told them that I would be willing to meet face-to-face, in my office, with my account manager to discuss any problems, and my business in general.
