justi got this letter from ebay...is this true or is it another scam?

Its a scam i get them all the time
the easiest way to tell is mouseover all the links if it's fake it always has proxy server adreess also ebay and paypal never ask you to submit your password via email i get these everyday - some sayign they are from ebay UK LOL - i live in Oz :1orglaugh |
