I have a Dell 17"

One you go to a Dell 17" monitor, you won't go back to a 15". I set up my old computer for my mother shortly after getting my new computer & about freaked trying to read everything.

One word of warning: make sure your deskspace can handle the larger monitor. My desk is now 6" from the wall only because it doesn't have a shelf just for the keyboard.

Philips 201b or newer, do not go for the flat screens, get a real 21' Monitor

Samsung Syncmaster 171N - a great one!

Get an LCD Flat Panel. The newest ones blow away CRT's.

All the major brands have nice selections.

Get anything that is Sony/Samsung/NEC/Mitsbubishi ... Or anything else that is rebranded under those brands.

Any other company that produces monitors are inferior.

ILYAMA or Mitsbubishi for real adult webmasters ;)
