Looking for good patches to stop smoking....
 

not for me...I like smoking, but for my bro.
He want's to stop smoking, good patches that some of you tried and help you quit....
also how many patches do you need and how long do you need them for.

I quit for a year.. Then started back up.. I actually just went and bought them again and quit for the second time a few days ago.. Hopefully I'll stick with it this time..

No patches, if he really wants to quit... then you just quit simple as that. :glugglug

If you really want to stop you just have to want it bad enough, cause anybody can stop themselfs from smoking if you are really serious about it.

nicorett er whatever helped me for the 2 months I quit....I used one box had to cut them up cause they made me really sick...I even smoked a few with it on and it made me feel like I was haveing heart problems...

My GF tried patch and it couldn't help ... not at all

I quit about two months ago using Nicoderm CQ patches. I used the step one patches for six weeks and then stopped using them instead of going on to step two. Had a big headache for the first day coming off the patch but felt fine after that. No cravings at all. Good stuff.
