I would guess that if you averaged one signup per hour and they were down for 5 hours, they'd credit you 5 signups.

Or something similar to that.

They will give you your average + 10 % anyways during the downtime ...

Where did you hear that? JB already mentioned in a different thread that all webmasters would receive average sales + 10% so its not exclusive to just me.
