Is a good guy not a scammer. I trust him 100%. I bet things got a little crazy and he spent more than he could payout or something. His site is still with Ibill so they probably have something to do with this mess up. If Jim came out with a new site I would promote it in a heart beat.

Necoeds got behind on payments.. it was a little hard to get an answer from him, but it looks like now he is doing the right thing.

I have already received partial payment. It will be known if he pays out in full, or doesn't. As I said before, he sounded sincere.
As long as he pays in full, I will continue to promote him, and call him a good friend once again.

In the last two months Jims been e-mailed several times (no response) I've spoken with him by phone ten times all with promises of checks being sent (nothing) He has received letters (no Response) He has been invoiced via Paypal per his suggestion(nothing)

Now what is the plan? He knows how to contact affiliates and he knows how to pay them. What kind of secret formula do you have now?
