Video Editors, easiest way to blur a face?

I have a video of my two friends fucking, and they want to post it on a website, but blur out their faces. The video is around 20 minutes long, so bluring it by hand will take too long. What is the best program to do this?

Have em do it again with bags over their heads :) That would rock as content, lol

are there any plugins or filters that will do this in Vegas Video. Also are there any stand alone programs that anyone knows of that can do this?

It will be a pain in the ass to do it frame by frame I know that much

Premiere Pro will get it done for you like a champ.

In vegas, you can use the Swirl filter to do this, you set it up once and you move the spots only when there heads move.

You can also use the BLur or Pixalate but it's more complicated because they do the whole frame. You copy the video to a second track, then put the blur or pixalate on it, then cookie cutter filter. The cookie cuter creates a hole that the un-filtered video shows through.
