Can spam question....
I wrote a script to email a web page to a list of subscribers once a day. Is this automatically can spam compliant or do I need to add something to the emails to make it compliant? what?
thanks |
Can Spam pertains to unsolicited messages. If they are customers and agreed to your privacy policy, you are good. Keep IP and timestamps on file to be on the safe side.
And you are good:thumbsup -RVega |
