Aside from being a dick, and playing imagination games. No good reason I suppose, unless of course I end up magically with some dead unknown realitive who leaves me 10-30 million.

Well honestly I may just be thinking out of my ass. Realisticly it looks like it would entirely work, real world dunno never played with large investments.
Then seriously getting investors is never ever easy.
