That's easy. Just write a script that checks an email address on interval, and let it save images to your server and then let it do an update.

taboo's idea is good. u better use MMS for that.

How does mms work? Im worried about installing something like that because people might not understand it? I dont have a clue how to send pic with mms for one. Just through email sounds easier to me.

I wrote up a system in ColdFusion that does that. Probably will be totally live in a couple of days.
