Well, there are two sides to the story. Pediatricians here will no longer circumsize babies, you have to get a GP or someone to do it. However, one of the reasons it caught on was cleanliness and the fact that years ago, Jewish men were circumsized and cervical cancer was unheard of in Jewish women...so peole associated the two.

My son is 3 months old and I had him circumsized without hesitation. And I would do it again. Where I'm from, it's much less common to be uncircumsized than the other way around.
