What if you had a content producer, say this is the only person you could get certain content from..

You select the content and pay for it. You actually have the content in your possession and he contacts you to give him the licensing information and sets information.

After he has payment along with the licensing information, you don't hear back..

You've called and left a few messages, sent e-mails, ICQ a few times, and nothing.

Would you send your Guido friend who's datacenter is just down the street in Hollywood to knock on his door to get your papers?

Say it's been 2 weeks since you heard a peep from him. Would you wait?
