Can-Spam Act

As you may be aware, the United States Congress passed into law rules
regarding how e-mail messages can be sent. This legislation, known as
the Can-Spam Act of 2003 is in effect and must be complied with by all
affiliates of the LadyGardenSnake program.

Among other things, the law requires that e-mails must be clearly
identified as advertisements and not be misleading, that the subject contain
a warning that the contents of the e-mail are sexual in nature, that
there be a valid return e-mail address and that the recipient have an
opportunity stated within the e-mail text to "opt-out" of future mailings.
