Dogs having seizures
 

Anyone experienced this ?

Had a cat that would go into them. Would just being laying down and then boom just start shaking like crazy. Always got up and acted fine so I never did anything about it.

better bring your dog to the vet, they have some medications for that.

I did once, I thought she was choking at first. All I could do was pet her and talk to her until it went away. It lasted a few minutes and she thought my petting made her better and stayed close to me. I felt so bad for her.

My cat had it as well, years ago. She would really shake, pee on herself, blow her nose on herself. It was horrible to see, and my cat would kick her ass while she was having it. And afterwards she would purr so loud it seemed like she had a microphone.

She hasn't had one since we moved to a different house, she can go outside now. It seemed like she needed to get rid of some energy that way.

I did call the vet though, the first time. You should do that... you never know.

I have only seen it only seen this in old animals. Best to get your dog to the vet.
