A great example of GOOD customer service ...

this is an email i sent to a vendor i odered from off of amazon, it is very self explanatory ...

It's amazing how good service maintains loyalty. I wish everyone understood this, most of their problems will go away if they would go out of their way to help people. It all pays off in the long run!

BTW it only took about 30 minutes before i had a reply from him, i am very impressed at this point and i am currently shopping his store again.

when the order is completed i will definately bump this!

got home from work today and here it is waiting for me!! Brand new and sealed ...

Most people are too cheap to take a loss on even one customer.. kinda pitiful, especially in this industry when the cost of giving one member free access is a few bucks in bandwidth.

yep i agree and usually the bandwidth is paid for already in a package deal, so unless you hit your overage it wont cost you a dime.
