tax returns come once a year.


2257 inquiry by DOJ could come at most, 4 times a year (as stated in 2257 regulations) and each day after Sept 24th (the supposed day the changes get rolled in) is another day there might be a knock on the door.


2257 violation is a felony with 5 years in jail. prison is for yard 'birds'

He does have a point about not running your mouth on GFY on such an important subject unless you know of what you speak and worse so many people just believe the crap some people are stating as fact on 2257 the past few weeks that will cause lots of potential harm to them if they don't get to a lawyer instead.

it doesn't bother me a bit to see discussion about 2257, this IS a webmaster board for god's sake.. and if it makes you mad.. I'm wondering why
sure there are going to be misconceptions and misinformation, but anyone that takes the advice of a board poster over a lawyer is foolish. As long as we have the actual proposal to look at I see no harm in discussing it.
