You'll need to request the card in your admin, it is not an automatic deduction and shipment.

Europe is a big area and each country has different banking regulations.

Which country are you referring to specifically and I'll put it on the requested list.

Can I request it right after I create my account? And how long after I request the card should I receive it in canada?

10 days approx ... i received mine in 10 days

IF you want to change your adress on your account, you can add many 0 at this number ..

Sort of like 10000 days

7-10 business days in most cases, and yes you can request it as soon as your account is funded.
