Scott Peterson Guilty or Not?

I say guilty as hell, but maybe the case is relying too much on circumstantial evidence.

Fletch XXX 08-05-2004 11:43 AM

the media usually wins, guilty or not, he will get off.

wife killers with good lawyers usually do.

Kassidy 08-05-2004 11:47 AM

Definitely guilty, but I don't think they'll be able to convict him. I feel for her family :(

Mike AI 08-05-2004 11:48 AM

Guilty but he will walk like OJ.

p1mpdogg 08-05-2004 11:57 AM

i hope he gets off. am prepared to offerhim $1 meeeeelion dollars to be a stunt cock...

iFliPcEss 08-05-2004 12:01 PM

don't ya think it would be trial by publicity? like any other popular peepz?

GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY

The "studying the water currents" part sealed the deal for me.

you are obviously not a fisherman.

i guess every man with depth finders (device used to tell depth of water) are guilty too?

depth finders and weather reports regarding currents, and tides are looked at by fisherman every day across the world.

mardigras 08-05-2004 12:14 PM

Gut feeling I think he's guilty. Based on evidence the prosecution hasn't proven it yet. Plus they have bungled almost every step along the way. Our law doesn't allow you to convict on gut feeling.

Sinister fisherman? haha
As to your point, agreed and understood. However, he had no history of doing it in the past. Combined with all the other "circumstancial" evidence, it was the turning point for me.

Of course, its just my :2 cents:

Goatse 08-05-2004 12:19 PM

Guilty. Being good-looking will probably help him with the jury. An atrociously ugly man wouldn't have a chance to beat the charges.

Couldn't agree more on all counts...............he's evil, guilty, but won't be convicted.

:(

jOdEs 08-30-2004 05:00 PM

GUILTY~!!!

Babagirls 08-30-2004 05:03 PM

guilty. even if hes not, he still cheated on his prego wife. :BangBang:

tootie 08-30-2004 05:04 PM

He's a scumbag jackass for sure, but there's no way in hell I'd jump to a guilty conclusion without seeing all the evidence for myself. My personal beliefs don't matter, it's what can be proven. And with what I've seen in the media, I haven't seen any proof, yet.

exposed 08-30-2004 05:05 PM

Of course he is guilty. He has some decent legal representation so he will be found not guilty

Alltopnotch 08-30-2004 05:09 PM

GUILTY

mahoney 08-30-2004 05:10 PM

Guilty but I hope he gets off he has been punished enough

fr8 08-30-2004 05:55 PM

Guilty or not either way he will get screwed. They will get him in the civil case if he wins this.

MissMina 08-30-2004 06:21 PM

Guilty. He needs to have his cock & balls cut off and stuffed in his mouth then needs to have a bat shoved up his ass with the most coarse sandpaper that can be found. Fucker. Wrong for what he did esp. for killing that innocent baby. Die fucker die a slow horrible painful death.:BangBang: :ak47:

Enough? For killing his wife and unborn son? No way man. Not by a long shot.

WarChild 08-30-2004 06:23 PM

Guilty.

Mark Garagos > both DA's combined. Scott walks.

D-Money 08-30-2004 06:23 PM

Innocent.

Just thought I'd go the other way with it.

dailyduke 08-30-2004 06:26 PM

G U I L T Y he aint got no alibi

Peaches 08-30-2004 06:27 PM

In my gut I think he's guilty, but I don't think the prosecution can prove it.

sarettah 08-30-2004 06:33 PM

Amber Frey did it and then set him up............:thumbsup

Holly 08-30-2004 06:57 PM

Guilty as hell, but will probably walk.

And he's so damn stupid. It has to be nothing but sheer luck that he left so little evidence. No way is he smart enough to cover his tracks that well.

2HousePlague 08-30-2004 07:26 PM

The law says you are innocent until proven guilty...

I say he's guilty until he explains why he made several concrete anchors that were too short to use in the bay.
