i want to know what docs i need to request from my content provider ??
and do i have to place any links in my gal?

when the law actually takes effect you will need to have proof of age and consent from your content provider, although that is actually already required with the current version. With the new version you will have to place the address where your copies of this information is at so that the proper authorities can inspect them if they desire or feel the need to along with all the url's where you have put up the models pic

You need a goverment issued ID with the models name, date of birth and picture on that resembles the picture in the content. This ID has to be able to be verified by the issueing authority.

Probably going to be best to use overseas content, they can't start asking overseas goverments to check IDs unless they have some solid evidence it's not kosher.

You also need a document to prove when the content was shot. A model release is for you to assure yourself the content is legal for you to publis, the model has signed away her rights to publication. There are shooters who are shooting girls on "Tests" or "Castings" and then selling the content on.

How do you KNOW the content is legal? You have the documents to prove it.

How much of an impact will all this really have?

There is still some debate (till aug 24th?) or time for public comment as i understand it ... correct me if im wrong - something along the lines of models privacy rights. I for one do not see the harm in blocking their real names and addresses, it satisfies what the govt needs and protects the models privacy since anyone with a domain name and credit card can buy content. I for one know many of my customers personally, but do not feel comfortable at all just dispersing unblocked IDs/Releases all over the net.

http://www.219content.com/ is still up for those of you who have purchased content from me and need IDS/Releases or just have questions. Please check your folders first, i included a 2257 subfolder in every set.

I for one support this initiative - if it does not require unblocked IDs. Even major companies have employees that could access models private info, and GFY is living proof that the world is full of nutcases.

ok say I signup for naughty allies naughty cash, she gives me the old blah blah blah and it can be found at their .INC address...
AS I understand it, it means SHE and everyone in all her free content (that 5 girl gangbang) have to surrender there IDs and a consent form for me to legally use it.

linking URLS isnt hard..
getting girls to give you personal ID info will be next to impossible if it wasnt shot in first person, or a content provider gathers them.
is ally going to send me a zip file with all info needed? (she might- but I know most girls will not--EVER)

I guess its really the affiliate stuff thats screwed the most.
