I have been over taken by a wave of enthusiasm this morning.:banana

And did commit ?the Sin of ICQ Spam? (and the boards a bit too maybe)..

I wanted to make a point about my position about usc2257 compliance, for it is a time of turmoil for primary/secondary/ producer/webmasters relations

I have been lectured, just about now, by some of my victims, nicely but firmly, but with assurances of friendship.

I have been explained the ?Etiquette? that webmasters do respect in they dealings with each other, how spamming my content makes it look cheaper, and will ultimately be working largely against me.

But even more to the point.
That my ICQ list is a business tool, a precious list not to be abused, but used.
Building a network of friends, AND SPAMMING THEM PISSES THEM OFF.

I naively though that the peoples who did previously hit me on ICQ about my content would be interested to know about some brand spanking new stuff, I just shot, and my willingness to be full usc2257 compliant.

To take a first pick at it, get exclusive right if they wished so.

I was wrong, I just must have looked like a cheap porn peddler.

Big Mistake, my mistake; my excuses.

I hope they will understand it was the exuberance of a noobie, still in the larval Gonzo stage of the life form know as ?Content Provider?.

One of those days, after a few more ?lectures?, I will turn into a full fledge ?Content Provider?, of course my peers will still tease me about the old time, when I didn?t even know how to spam properly?

It was the first time I did it and it will be the last, my ICQ list is now of limits of any cut/paste/spam territory.

I want to thanks the friend who gave me the Warning about my lack of etiquette.

And excuses myself again to the peoples who made me the honor to add me on they contact list, and who I have pissed off today.
