scripts that detect IPs/location
 

Does anyone know where I can find scripts that detect a surfers location? i.e. when someone from Chicago surfs a site and a link says "Search for singles in Chicago" or "weather in Chicago", etc.

You need to have your host enable MOD_GEOIP, then you need the database (they have a freeone, but it isn't as good as the paid one) then you need the Java API.

There is no "easy way" to do it, unless you use some sort of sponsor's existing filter (like most dialer programs have).

use geoip and simple script for include hahahahahahahahahaha to your page.
