New server from servermatrix.
I am tired with support from servermatrix.

all site added using virtualmin.

problem:
1-can't get mrtg work. $25

2-can't send out email using outlook. receive and send to internal email address ok $25

3-cgi-bin seem not working in any sites. $25

4-install this little script on my another everything working server:
I just can't get it work! You can write yours. It's very simple.
