Guys, i hate to do this, but i tried contacting you twice. At this point i need a response.

For the past 3 months you have billed me for hosting that I have never used. 3 months ago upon account cancellation (about 24 hours after it started) we agreed that the account was cancelled, and the $30 i paid to startup the account would be refunded.

Since then i have not recieved my $30 refund, and on top of that, you have billed me over the past two months!

What do i do!?

Contact your CC bank, if you have a record of the agreement of cancellation (email, ICQ log, etc) send that to the bank as well. Tell them you want a charge back on the 2 transactions.. also, depending on the CC bank, you may be able to block them from charging your card anymore.

Have you tried going into your admin console (http://www.yourdomain.com/login.html) and deleting your billing info and canceling your account in there?

RealityCheckNetwork is a fucking dope service .... BECAUSE they make things so automated. I have never had a problem getting customer support from them, and the fact that they aren't replying to you is fuckin lame. But at least use the resources you have at hand :)
