Help Me Track This IP
 

Hey Guys! I have this jerk who is a real pest on one of my message boards! I don't want to ban his IP number because I may block others using the same IP! I have blocked his username, but of course he could just use another because it's a free forum. Now I have to take the time to monitor the board (every message posted) which is a pain in the ass. I use to have the links to track these numbers, but I erased them about a year ago.

His IP number is:
24.131.200.117

Hope someone can help so I can use the info. in the future.

How do you make Amsterdam out of that? Samspade and neotrace both say Roadrunner/MediaOne...? Where did you look it up?
