First sign of warning: "How to get a TOP 5 ranking on Google and Yahoo...guaranteed!"

Guarantee placement is a huge red flag.

Second sign of warning: The listings they claimed aren't there anymore. Online certification, drugs canada, etc. etc... nowhere in the top 10 on Google.

Third sign of warning: Other people saying this site is a joke:

Once you find one descent reason to buy this thing, let me know. Otherwise, you'd be wasting your money.

WiredGuy,

Is there any SEO ebook you consider a good one to buy?

bdld 08-04-2004 11:30 AM

by the time the books are printed, the information is outdated.

None that I've seen were worth it. They're either too generalized or too specific. The generalized ones are rather common sense touching on common elements of all SE's and the specific ones would likely become useless within weeks of publication. It's all about experimentation and keeping in touch with the right people if you ask me.

Do yo have any suggestion for SEO Optimization ebooks now?
Pls let me know.

Romeo GaySearch4Sex 05-27-2007 11:04 AM

SeoBook.com from Aaron Wall is fairly reputable, and a good primer especially if you are a newbie. However, if you already have a basic idea it may not be worth it.

Check out his website though, there are helpful articles and tools.
