Quite risky.

Pay them a visit before you signup.

They read your mail, email and faxes.


Use a lawyer's office instead.

Some offices are okay. Usually in better neighborhoods, Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, Orange County etc. But I agree with you that the shared office deal on lawfirm floor might be the best if you dont have much else of a choice. Get somebody that will answer the main phone with your company name etc.
