Today I heard a defense attorney telling about a case he had where his client was a male nurse in a hospital.

The male nurse was caught (by another hospital employee) straddling a male patient in a hospital bed and fucking the patient in the mouth.

When the male nurse was caught, he climbed off the patient and went to a nearby closet and finished beating off.

The attorney said that it was pretty sad because the patient/victim was a quadriplegic and he got that way by trying to hang himself in prison. Evidently (while serving some time) he was being mercilessly sodomized every day and he tried to kill himself to get escape the horror. Well, all he did was break his own neck (becoming a quadriplegic) and is now confined to a hospital bed where his mouth sits, unable to escape the eager male nurses.

Thats totally fucked up. How in the hell do they get away with that shit?

Now, if you are a guy, you might be able to relate to the women who hated that segment. Now I'm thinking . . . ya, that was pretty nasty.

I believe this attorney handled the criminal charges stemming from this one incident where the male nurse was caught (by a fellow employee) in the act.

The male nurse might have done it other times, but without witnesses . . .
I guess we?ll never know.

How odd is it that AFTER the male nurse was CAUGHT, he went to a closet and whacked off so he could finish and shoot his load? Maybe that really isn?t all that odd for someone who fucks unwilling quadriplegics in the mouth?

Well, I can only tell you that these were three attorneys sitting around (waiting for the Judge) and they were sharing some of their "favorite" cases.

This story was the one that shocked me and depressed me.


The other two were pretty boring:

One of the (boring two) had to do with a shooting victim who was shot dead while sitting in an armless chair. He was sitting upright, dead in the chair with a hat on and a cigar still in his mouth and one of the Defendant's defense claims was "self defense."
They all thought it was so funny because why would you be defending yourself (with lethal force) from a guy sitting in a chair smoking a cigar?

The other boring story was a retarded woman in a hospital claimed that a male employee of her "home" fondled her. The attorney was saying that it was definitely going to go to trial because both the "victim" and the "defendant" were very credible, believable witnesses with no prior history of any similar trouble.

What if it all started when a regular, good looking, young, happy guy was caught for something stupid and jailed because the Judge wanted to make a point, or was having a bad day? Now the dude?s life is over.

And to think for every story like this that is brought to light there are probably more cases where this is going on and nobody is ever caught or finds out.
