What's up with Amazon?

I ordered something last week and even took the free shipping which said 5-9 days, and it got here in like 3 days. It was pretty cool actually.

Everything I've ever ordered from them has come in 3-4 days. I always go to them first for DVDs.

I like Amazon a lot. Only site had trouble with was Buy.com. Ordered there twice and screwed up both orders. Never again will I go back there.

Haven't had a problem with amazon.com yet. I've bought several pc games from there in the past.

I've had three book orders in the last 2 weeks. Everything showed up in 3-4 days. I used the "normal" shipping option, not the freebie. They normally sit on the "free shipping" orders 2-3 days before they go out, but they show up in 4-7 days.

Maybe the fact you are in Canada is affecting things....

you sure the stuff isnt backordered. sometimes their backorder system notification doesnt email you but it shows when you check your order status.

i always have problems with them so i just dont use them anymore. their customer service is horrendous

It happens sometimes.. they try to keep as little of anything in stock as possible.. sounds like you just are having some bad luck.

If you order a lot of stuff and 1 item is not there and you checked the send alltogether button you won't get it untill all is there. If you login to your account you can chan ge that option and you get send all but the missing item immediately.

chances are they're out of stock but they dont tell you. email them and bitch about it and say you'll take your business elsewhere.

you'll eventually get an explanation and if you bitch more some coupons for your next purchase

Ive never used them. I always thought the prices on items that I wanted were way to high.
