Kind of similar to Lensman's photo contest he had going on which he cancelled - though he did it not because of a lack of resources, but because he simply changed his mind.

You don't see any of those who participated in the photo contest sending him paypal bills.

So I suppose this is a way to announce I have not been taking traffic orders for almost a month now, every order that has come in has been refunded with an adequate explanation. All I or any of my clients can do is wait as things get fixed.

No, look, this is about a contest I had for traffic. The winners both got together and sent me bills in paypal to pay them cash instead for prizes because I owed them something.

This is after I told them I was having server issues and was'nt able to deliver anything for a bit.

I just wanted to nip this problem in the bud and make a post stating my side of it in case there's a big explosion of drama.

In my opinion, if it took 6 months to fix, it still should'nt be a problem.

On the other hand, IF it got everything fixed after a bit, and I started taking orders and then telling these people I have no way to give them anything; well - THAT would be scamming them.
