My signups are down... is it the stock market, the weather, the moon?
My May signups are shit... is it just me?

My signups stopped on the 26th April. 25th got about 5 signups, since the 26th I have had about 5 in total! I think it has something to do with the moon, but Im not sure. Wildman. |

You just have to figure out what works for you. Same shit, different year. "Summer SLowdown" syndrome. At this time of year, traffic magically becomes less likely to join a sponsor, even though most of us do not see a signifigant drop in our traffic to our sites, or the traffic sent thru to sponsors.
A workaround is using recurring sponsors. They seem less effected by this calamity. Also, I have found AVS surfers to be couch potatoes who never wander off outside. They seem more than content to continue to buy AVS memberships all year round. |
