The holiday inn right on st-denis (not too far from ste-catherine corner) is a good place to stay if you plan to party .

There is Aria just next door and a lot of bars (st sulpice etc) on ste-chaterine . Just be warned that 25 % of the girls in thoses clubs are whores

Strip clubs, lounges, disco, etc...?

The Four Points and Omni are both in the McGill ghetto (not a real ghetto, just swarms of university students). They're decent hotels but nothing special.
