I never bothered with the addons on my decks. I have 3 technique 1200's in standard silver.

cheesy, yes, but if i had the cash to spare, i'd buy em.

brand new regular technics will run ya about $600-$800 in a store.

not only are these limited edition gold plated, but they've also got some pretty significant historical value with DJ Theodore and Kool Herc having played on them (except that's probably not too verifiable).

They might be cheesy, but as an ex DJ they certainly would look good in my hands! :Graucho
