I would have to say, 12 to 15 hours 6 + days a week. But, when I "worked" I worked that many hours anyhow, so I guess nothing has changed except I work for myself now and have more money and less bruises :)

I work like 5 hours a day 4-5 days/week..

Ive never understood those who work like 14 hour days 7 days a week.. then whats the point of making money if all you do is to sit by the computer?
