Best Sneakers You've Ever Bought or Had?
I had a pair of big ass sneakers called 'Predators' from Converse about 12 years ago or so. These sneakers were comfortable as heck and protected the ankles like nothing else. I was heartbroken when they stopped the line.
Now you go to get sneakers and they want to sell you some shit that looks like you just kicked 'Optimus Prime's ass in a fag fight or something. Bring back sneakers you can play sports in and kick ass in. |
:1orglaugh Sneakers...I thought that term went out in the 60's
|
did you just call them sneakers? :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

"Sneakers" LOL
The sweetest pair I ever had were the Nike Air CB34s. Charles Barkley's shoes. I kept them in pristine condition, then one night I got sick. The shoes were sitting next to my bed, and I puked all over them. Had to throw them out. I still think about how sweet those were too. This was when I was in 6th or 7th grade, and at the time they cost $135!!! Sheesh. My 2nd all-time favorite pair of shoes were the Air Jordan VIIs. Those were well over $100 too, but they were made so nice! http://www.air-jordans.com/content/ximg/side07-04.gif |

My first pair of nikes back in the 90s. :)

I still say sneakers- I don't know what else to call them?
These are my favorite, bottom left: http://www.nm70.com/shoes_c/index_casual.jpg "Combat Rock" by NM70. I got some Puma "H-Street"s recently, most comfortable shoe ever... http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/image...ll/p94514b.jpg but they completely suck in the rain. No traction whatsoever. :2 cents: |
A pair of And1 black slipons. They were great until they started to call apart. Took them less than 8 months. They felt so good on my feet.

Has anyone ever owned a pair of Diesel Shoes?
Diesel listing Ive been debating on getting me a pair or not. Do they last long? 2+ Are they comfy? |
mine would have to be these yellow DKNY shoes. I forgot what they are called but they really are the best.

New Balance 803's. The replacements for them all sucked tho.

Hmmm Good question.
I really don't have an answer. |
Believe it or not, I once bought a pair of pump up Jordans. Black with an air pump thingie. Fuckers were comfortable as all get out though.
I still miss them Converse Predators though. I hate these new sneakers they come out with. All kinds of weird shit that looks like you just got kicked out of the 'Lollipop League' or something. |
I used to have a pair of checkerboard vans I liked pretty damn good.
|
converse all star high tops baby:thumbsup

puma match or adidas tango were hot when i was in school, if you didnt have them you were just weak
|
Naw.. the sneaker of all time was the one and only:
PF FLYERS When I was a kid ( back in the old days ) if you didn't have a pair of PF FLYERS with the 'Jonny Quest' decoder ring AND rocket pack astronaut launcher, you would get kicked out of the neighborhood. I know grown ass men to this day would rob their moms for a pair of PF FLYERS. |
