i see they have the same sort of visa debit atm card they send..

As of 4 months ago it was a 100% pain in the ass. Spending limits are too low and a hassle to get raised, website is shitty and didn't work sometimes, etc.

You can tell by their setup it was a half assed attempt.

epassporte is much better. The limits on Ikobo are just too low and it's too much hassle to raise them. I only use them once in a while when the person I am sending money to can't get an epassporte account
