Another 9/11
 

If God forbids another 9/11 happens before the election, do you think Bush will get re-elected or his ass will be out of the White House? Discuss.

Probably the best thing that could happen for Bush.

I believe that another 9/11 would be the 100% death blow to Bush..

He has been touting that we are more secure now than at anytime before 9/11, and another attack, the scale of 9/11 would prove once and for all, that Bush is talking out of his ass...

I'm thinking that Bush would use it to his advantage and pull something sneaky like in the last election...

That is why they changed the law on the election process last month so that if there is a terrorist act before the election they can cancel the election and hold it later..how much later i dont know...i dont see bush giving up that spot honestly

Depends on the motive for an attack.

If it was to disrupt the election and get Bush ousted, then some American's may feel as though a vote for Kerry is a vote for Osama.

It's sad really because Bush the media has already portrayed Kerry as a pussy who would do nothing under terrorist attacks. I Wouldn't suprise a very very huge attack before the election to get people to unify and vote Bushs.

Hitler kept his power by propagating fear, paranoia and patriotism among the Germans. I believe InsaneMidget was pointing out that the Bush campaign is using similar tactics in an attempt to manipulate voters.
