What to do? Catched a sponsor shaving
I have just catched one of my sponsors shaving.
It is not the clasical proof like "I signed up and it was not counted" or something like. I have their affialiate program code and there are several functions that shave... and it's not mpa2 but a custom modification of another script and they use it to shave. Now I have a couple of options as that sponsor still owes me some money. 1 ) As I have access to all their network I can shut them down with all their sites as a revenge for the small sum of near $300 they shaved me this month. 2 ) I can expose them to all the people around and probably see some webmasters stop promoting them. 3 ) Do nothing and just stop promoting that sponsor (already did that). 4 ) Make near 50k accounts for free and post them on all the password trading boards. That will be just funny and for shure will be nice. 5 ) Get all their databases with user data and webmaster data and sell them to the best bidder. After all they have shaved me near $300, so I do not see a reason why not to get my money in any way or another. 6 ) Redirect all their sites to some page that says something like "This sponsor shaves" and then put some of their code and stats as proof. That would be really funny. 7 ) Contact them and ask for some sum in order to not expose them. After all they have shaved enough money to pay me what I would be willing to ask. Ohhh... I'm a blackmailer. I'm bad. I suck... whatever you want. Think I am a blackmailer? Ok, protect the sponsor who shaves. They will be really happy :) What would you do? For now I will wait till I get the money they show me on their stats panel, and after that will decide for some of those corrective actions. Post your thoughts, screams and blames. Sponsors are also welcome to post here... but beware, if you are the shaving sponsor and you just dare to post that you don't shave then you will see yourself in some big trouble really really really fast. Blames, screams and questions to ICQ 171216535 |

Be 100% sure of what you advance and post proof here :)
|
#1) Learn English.
|
Post the name of the sponsor and any proof you have here.
|
Just so you know there is very heavy fines if you are caught hacking just telling you too watch your back...
|
post proof would be the best choice
|
I'd say proof, although #7 is quite tempting.
|
um
change sponsors and move on with your life. |
If you are outside of the U.S. I'd say go with all of the above.
|
Number 7. No one is playing by the rules anyways.
|
We need fuckin' proof ! :thumbsup

CAUGHT... catched isn't a word... And pretty much all sponsors (with maybe 2 exceptions) that have PPS are going to shave to some extent.. It's not a big deal, it only makes sense with the business model they have to work in.. if there was no shaving, there'd be pretty much 0 profitability. When it's excessive is when things get dumb...

This is the little faggot that ripped off TTT from Choker and called it his own. Don't believe anything he says. Someone needs to shoot this little European bitch.

the only form of shaving i find accaptable is the "loss" of hits that need to be tracked... But setting a cap on the # of months that a webmaster get's paid on recurring months etc. is unacceptable imo :2 cents: |

I like option 2. You should tell us who the sponsors is. :)
|
blackmale them to send u extra money, it will work believe me, one person with actual proof of shaving will send shocks through the adult world and ultimatley ruin them, may as well cash in while u can.

this guys credibility is at 0 with me, i dont care what proof he shows..
he steals scripts and sells them as his own. pretty fucking low to take something someone spent hours/days or even weeks writing.. change the name and take credit for it.. fuck him hes either stirring up fake drama for sig views to sell his shit or trying to scam someone with information we all probably have already. |

somehow I think you should post proof....but if you are inside the US you can be charged with hacking
|

lots of sponsors do that high, not as their common pps, but as a special |
Getting revenge by hacking or extortion is illegal, regardless of what they did to you.
Posting their info and proof will fuck them over more than you could imagine. People who have been shaved might also offer you a reward once they see how much has been stolen from them. Also US based affiliates could take them to court for fraud possibly even press criminal charges. |

he wanted me to crack my way into their database to prove all the leads matched his... tried tried and tried to explain to him that even if i managed to get in, he wouldnt be able to use that evidence in court. he never understood... whats so hard to understand about why cracking is illegal? |
