I run www.pillsbucks.com as many of you know ... never really offered any rewards other than highly converting shit and massive payouts ... I got to thinking and people love t-shirts

so I was thinking for every 10 sales ... ( maybe even lower ? like every 5 ??? ) Free t-shirt off of t-shirt hell or your other favorite t-shirt store .. or even a custome made t-shirt

Unlike t-shirts and what not .. it is an item that they dont have but want and I buy it for em and send it to them.

Sorry didnt make my self clear .. was kinda lookin for more idea's.... I dont make much profit off my program ... sad to say .. most of my affilates make more than me and i run the show lol

Well, jamming some money into gift cards/certificates for online merchants is always a good idea.

I'm thinking that you should do some sort of cross-affiliate deal, whereby when you award the prize, you also buy through your own affiliate link from somewhere. Amazon etc.. Or allow the webmaster to order through their own affiliate account in that manner. Double up on it somehow like that.

A t shirt will cost you like 5 $ to get it done ... You can give one after their first sale or something :)
