I hate being sick!
 

Started last night feeling almost like heart burn.
Now I've lost my voice, chest all sore and congested, and my throat feels like theres little pins in it...specially when I cough.
...And when I do cough, I could up all this green phlegm.


I havent been sick for awhile now, hope I've just got a little cold. :(


Im sending the lady out to get me meds in a few minutes while I sit here and guzzle down my hot green tea.

Being sick absolutely sucks...especially if you don't get sick that often. Then its 100 times worse.
Drink lots of fluids and take lots of pills.

i get sick once every month, too much work i guess. i just take lots of H2O and vitamins. not smoking keeps your body condition in top most shape.

get in a suana/steam shower for 30 min, you will sweat out all that crap thats inside you and feel so much better.

Sorry that you feel bad. Might I suggest that you not smoke for a few days and try a vicks vapor rub. It will do wonders...

Yeah I havent smoked all day...Which is pretty rare for me considering I go through little over 1/2 pack a day...Im stuggling :1orglaugh

..Yeah I'll have to try some of that vicks. Everyone tells me to get it, Just never have. :thumbsup
