If you're looking to secure things I would speak with the ones you host with. If it's the opposite I would consider the FBI most wanted list one hell of a resume.

they don't hang out on boards, security guys communicate via mailinglists like bugtraq or full disclosure.

but real hackers keep their stuff non-public :glugglug

Given, I still claim your host will know more about securing your box than any hacker. As long as you have a decent host at least. :glugglug

Kevin Mitnick has a company which may be of help. Don't know exactly what your looking for, but its a start. I'd recommend avoid "real" hackers and sticking with white hat "security consultants." The last thing you want is a big fat check from you in a wanted criminals bank account.

me, i do security risk analysis on servers, worked in IT for 6 years before in the biz, we do paysite auditing. 6 years of unix admin under my belt.
