Seems great.

any good sites for Palm?

Is it worth using it for MP3 files?

are palms still just PDA or do they have intergrated phones yet?
i need a need gadget to play with

My advise is get a Bluetooth phone and PDA. This way you get a nice small phone and you can conect to your pda. Best of both worlds.

PDA's are novelty, you cant get any real work done on them. A 12" ibook does the job much better

no need - i alerady have Nokia 9210i which is a phone and communicator in one

Really like the Bluetooth and WiFI integration on this one. :thumbsup

for some reason I half expected this to be a handjob thread.

I've got this one. It's nice to be able to sync all your contacts with your PC, but I really haven't used any of the other palm features, other than just to try them out. I loaded some MP3's on it, but I'm not a walkman type of guy, and I have yet to find any good games for it other than chess.

Surfing the web on it is pointless and hard to do (and expensive in Canada).

Is there some Palm killer app that I am missing out on? Just seems like they are nothing more than overhyped contact managers.

As for the MP3's, mine seems to have trouble with anything not encoded at 128 kb or lower....it will skip on tracks that are at a higher or variable bit rate. Pathetic really.

Anyone have experience of the cellphone quality with these Palm, Treo, etc..combination cell phones?

Clarity pretty good?
