I am starting to exersize now and starting a regular balanced diet. I used Atkins to drop the first chunk of weight. Now I am going to a healthy diet. :)

Well in december I weighed 290

I currently weigh 240

So 50lbs total now.

The clothes are still a bit tight so they dont look 100% right. But when I get to the right size I'm sure they will look fine. Im happy with them now :)

But I don't drink pop or eat bready foods.
