Have any American webmasters actually been jailed for porn?
 

I dont mean people doing extreme stuff, i mean just regular folks running regular hardcore/softcore/light fetish sites, tgp'ers, etc.
Have any actually gone to jail for any reason?

I haven't heard of any other than some CP fucks who got everything taken away...Heard of hackers and spammers.

Porn is perfectly legal. No one goes to jail for porn.

Ok well most people who talk about 2257 either are in the business of scaring for their own gain people or talk alot of shit.

If you are concered retain a lawyer and talk directly not from some fuck on a board.

As far as going to jail, well if you have legal content and an attorney that reviewes everything the only common reason you will go to the slammer will be tax related, so dont be like many in this business and not file.

the funny part about all this is that some will leave porn altogether but will turn do doing some really illegal stuff like hacking, cracking and hot credit card numbers and the rest of the scams that have been around forever.

this is going to be fun to watch.
